its gaping mouth with two rows of teeth

Teeth bite like a grinder
Blood splatters in all directions
Grimace of horror in your face
Grotesque smile in response

Your guts
Fall to the ground

It slowly devours you

So that you stay alive

Suffering

You feel unbearable agony
As it destroys your nerve endings
Your heart is slowly stopping
But it keeps you awake

You're looking down at yourself
And you see hundreds of terrifying embryos
